DESCRIPTION:Georgia Trauma Commission EMS Leadership Program\, presented by Arbinger and sponsored by the Georgia Trauma Commission. \nThis two-day program is designed for current and emerging EMS leaders. It focuses on self-awareness\, accountability\, collaboration\, and workplace effectiveness. Participants learn practical tools to recognize inward thinking\, shift to an outward mindset\, understand their impact on others\, strengthen teamwork\, and address conflict. \nNovember 19 and 20\, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day. In person. Lunch provided both days. \nRegistration is generally first come\, first served\, with a waitlist once capacity is reached. Priority is given to EMS providers.
