We look forward to facilitating another EMS Trauma-Related Equipment Grant opportunity in October 2023!
At the request of the EMS Committee, the Georgia Trauma Commission approved another grant award opportunity using FY 2024 funding for EMS agencies “GRANTEE” to be used for the purchase(s) of Trauma Related Equipment to equip 911-zone ambulances.
Grant application documents and final agency allocations will be sent to all qualifying agencies on October 1, 2023.

Application Preparation Reminders
- The grant application will utilize 911-zone ambulance, in-service counts as of September 1, 2023, verified by the Office of EMS and Trauma. The FY2024 grant allocations will not include ambulance count updates made after September 1, 2023. Please contact your OEMST Regional Director if your information needs to be updated before September 1st.
- If your payment address or information needs to be updated, please get in touch with gtcbusinessops@gtc.ga.gov. As a state agency, we can only submit payments to verified addresses within the State of Georgia portal.
- Equipment purchase documentation will be required; receipts, invoices, or purchase orders will need to be submitted with your application.
- If submitting for multiple counties, a separate application must be submitted for each county.
