Georgia Trauma Commission EMS Leadership Program, presented by Arbinger and sponsored by the Georgia Trauma Commission.
This two-day program is designed for current and emerging EMS leaders. It focuses on self-awareness, accountability, collaboration, and workplace effectiveness. Participants learn practical tools to recognize inward thinking, shift to an outward mindset, understand their impact on others, strengthen teamwork, and address conflict.
November 19 and 20, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day. In person. Lunch provided both days.
Registration is generally first come, first served, with a waitlist once capacity is reached. Priority is given to EMS providers. Submitting the form does not guarantee a seat, and selected participants receive a separate confirmation email.
